@peachs75, how long have you had it? It gets more balanced after you get into more of a rhythm. I know I was up and down a lot when I was younger. Being active helps. I didn't depend on insulin almost at all when I was playing football in school because the activity kept my levels even
@ryantaylor2015, ahh ok, more carbs. hate dealing with this. im either too high or too low and i can eat the same thing everyday with different results.
@peachs75, they've checked everything. I've had seizures before from being low so when I couldn't get it to go up today, I went in to make sure that didn't happen. Been dealing with this almost my whole life so I know when something's up. Thankfully everything seems fine with the baby, just worried about it having nutrition issues. So far, so good
@ryantaylor2015, they doing ultrasound to check the placenta? what are they doing with diet?
@ryleighsmom, I'm sorry you have to deal with this. Any kind of diabetes is not fun.
@peachs75, majorly. My levels just don't want to stay level. Seems to love those lower levels. Got down to 35 today :/
@ryantaylor2015, 2 yrs now it was discovered after my 2nd pregnancy loss. i was up to 700 units a day a month ago, now im on the pump no more shots and the humalin r u500 concentrate. it runs in my family on both sides and we are all highly insulin resistant
