Update I failed the 3 hr glucose test and have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes 😢 go back to the doctor next week after meeting with a dietician to see how my doctor wants to control my blood sugar ( I knew this was possibility diabetes runs on my moms side of the family) my baby is measuring large in the 97th percentile my doctor is thinking it may be due to the diabetes and last but not least my cervix is Short which my doctor is worried about premature labor which scares the shit outta me go for another ultrasound on October 6 to measure cervix again..... I have really been down and beating myself up wondering how could I let this happen, what I could have done differently, hoping I deliever a healthy baby girl.

everything will be alright. no stressing, it doesn't help. focus on your baby girl and how you'll meet her soon. this will be over before you know it

Awh, I'm sorry you're having to deal with some complications, but don't beat yourself up over it! All you can do now is work hard to take control of the things you do have power over... and accept that anything else is out of your hands (otherwise you might feel unnecessary guilt.) We all got your back, mama!!

Just take it easy now with the short cervix keep that baby in as long as you can. As far as the GD watch your diet. Just stay positive for you and your baby 🙏🏼
