What are some post pregnancy things I need to get ? My hospital sent me home with the numbing spray and rose water pads and a few huge pads but that's it! Ugh I wish I knew where the hell they got those things! Or should I just do depends ? 😂 oh and disposable undies ? Or get some huge granny undies? I just wanna be comfortable !

i also got a nice bottle with a squirting tip it helps a lot. you fill it with warm water and use it to wash and pour water down there as u pee to relieve stinging. they sell those pads in the pharmacy thanksfully they gave me a couple packages when i left

@mmm32687 Really?! Thats annoying! My hospital gave me stuff for me but barley anything for my baby which was annoying! He had a blow out and they complained about giving me a second shirt and blanket for him smh thank god I brought plenty for him to wear!
