Nothing! My four year old son has done it lol. Even put the pump to him and said he was getting milk out.

I would probably laugh. It's completely normal for the other child to do that after seeing you breastfeed!

it's nothing to worry about (in my opinion), if that's what you're asking. kids are smart. I don't think it's a bad thing she knows.

I'd probably be proud lol Breasts are made for babies, and it's good for them not to be sexualized. I'd rather see my five yr old daughter be "breastfeeding" her baby doll than shoving a couple balls in her shirt to make boobs.

my 3yr old daughter has done this with her baby dolls. she is very comfortable with her body and its perfectly natural and normal for her to know her body. as for the birthing, i can understand since the child is 5 she knows a lot more than a toddler would. probably her mother is very open and talked to her about child birth. if she is just playing around with her mother i would say its okay but not around boys or in public, that would be taboo

Totally natural. Our society has sexualized breasts and we forget they are for feeding our babies. Be worried when a 5yr old is talking about kissing boys and doing other sexual things that are not age appropriate, but pretending to give birth and pretending to breastfeed, that is natural and she shouldn't be reprimanded or made to feel that what she is doing is wrong, Because it isn't.
