Has anyone tried the over the counter prenatal vitamins? What's the difference with the RX and over the counter !??

My doctor said the otc and prescription ones are the same so I've been taking Walmart ones my whole pregnancy.
all prenatals have iron in them he was lying 😂😂 the only ones that are iron free are the gummies
I have both just debating if I should just take OTC and add extra iron or just take RX and take those alone I have a appointment Monday let's see what happens

Prenatals are all the same, I've never used prescription since I always just bought mine at Walmart.
nothing. all prenatal is the same . otc prenatals are just name brand
