Has anyone tried the over the counter prenatal vitamins? What's the difference with the RX and over…

nothing. all prenatal is the same . otc prenatals are just name brand

Prenatals are all the same, I've never used prescription since I always just bought mine at Walmart.

I asked my doctor same thing because I was taking the gummy kind at Walmart, he told me the ones they prescribed has iron or something extra that one's in the store don't have.. I have no clue (shrugging lol) I just stuck w prescription

I have both just debating if I should just take OTC and add extra iron or just take RX and take those alone I have a appointment Monday let's see what happens

all prenatals have iron in them he was lying 😂😂 the only ones that are iron free are the gummies
