I'm about as far as you I started mine but I just put the basics cause I still don't know the sex. It's never to early to put a few things here and there
I went at 19 weeks and they said it was a girl...went back at 21 weeks and my "girl" had a penis..smh! I had to do all 4 registeries over smh...I suggest you want till after 22/23 weeks. But you can start with gender neutral items. @k.haotic
