My daughter is 8 weeks old, and 14lbs. Her doctor just yesterday told me to give 2.5mL of this exact brand (or, half a dose.)

I'd call the Dr. to see what they say. My daughter had a cough and she's 2 months but I couldn't find anything that was ok for babies under 6 months. They said they aren't suppose to have anything they just said get a humidifier and go to the bathroom and make it really steamy (she had a stuffy nose not runny) If it got worse to hold to the Dr.

That is for pain and fever... not cough and cold. There isn't anything that u can give an infant for cough and cold.
