TMI but I'm really freaking out and crying.. My left boob seems to have a mass unDer my nipple. A rather large mass. it feels just like 2 cotton balls are right under my skin. it's not hard or unusually painful, But something is definitely there. I feel a smaller one on the other boob in almost the same spot but not as big. Do I have breast cancer? Is this normal? This didn't happen with my 1st pregnancy

no its your glands swelling up to produce milk but I would still tell your doctor

@mommiesworld, You can start leaking at any point lol I was around 22 weeks

It could be a plugged duct , massage it and call your doctor and let her know ,

My doctor told me to massage my boobs twice a day to prevent swollen or plugged ducts

I would try massage but if it gets too painful or remains the same I would ask your doctor about it.
