Has anyone else had really bad back pain during the last week or so of pregnancy? I'm 39 weeks…

Has anyone else had really bad back pain during the last week or so of pregnancy? I'm 39 weeks today, the pain started in my hips and got worse, it hurts to roll over in bed or get up, but now it's spread across my whole lower back, upper butt, and it's just getting worse. I'm also having minor pains in my lower belly area, right at the pubic line.
