ok I need help understanding something..... they prescribed me vitamin c pills but on the bottle it says not to lay down for 30 minutes after I take them.....why??? an they prescribed me iron pills but not to take with antacid pills but I've been using my heartburn medicine so I'm so confused help please.....

you take the antacid pill opposite of your iron pill. the vitamin c can upset ur tummy I think. but I was on an iron and antacid medicine at the same time and that's what they told me, and OJ with the iron :)

I'm just so confused... an not understand why they would give me an iron pill to take twice daily if they knew I was taking the heartburn medicine
