@so_rue_, 💔 im sure. I feel so bad for you. But I admire all breastfeeding moms that keep going bc it's so tough. Even the ones that do give up bc they tried. But it actually does get better after a few Days. It really does take time! Remember u and baby are a team. Just rest and take care of urself bc a c section is pretty rough too. I can't even begin to imagine what ur going thru. Feel better!! And make sure to update!!!
it gets easier everyday your bodynis healing more and you and baby are getting to know each other better. it takes time perfecting feeding so be patient with yourself and baby. yall are both learning and this is new for both of you. rest as much as you can and drink lots of water and eat nutritious meals often. *hugs* you're doing great and you got this😊
@kibella22, in trying not to give up , im also filling with my incision pain , even my stretch marks hurt after birth #pain got me feeling so hopeless.
Same here! It's awful but don't give up. I'm on my 4th week and I can say it's gotten better since the first week. Not entirely 😢 but I've noticed the diff. I've used the lansinoh, the medela, and the earth mama. So far the medela and earth mama are my favorites and I also use the medela hydrogel therapy pads.
@so_rue_, honestly nothing not even the cream will give you relief of the pain😩😫😩😫 it gets better with every feeding though😉😉 the creams will only help if the nipples are cracked but not for pain
I just rub breastmilk all iver my nipples and I haven't gotten sore since my first im on baby 4 lol. its natural and free and you can use it on baby when it has a diaper rash or chafing if you ever get any lol heck you can even use it on burns!
@pooh2197, I've been getting so upset because they need a break but my baby she's eating a lot!!! 35 min feeding in every 2 hours I didn't know it was a nipple shield I will have to look into that.
they may be sensitive and thats why they hurt...try cream between...i use a nipple shield due to inverted nipples...but they also help with pain...if u can feed without its best...but if they hurt it gives them a break
