What are your ladies theory on caffeine intake in pregnancy?

I drank coffee once while pregnant & never again lol my baby did not sleep

I don't see any reason to risk it so I do not drink ANY caffeine during pregnancy. I will stiff eat chocolate but that's it. I don't even do decaf because it still contains some caffeine.

I drink a soda for caffeine every other day due to i will get headache if not my dr said i could have it everyday just small amount so a coffee or a soda i did the same with my first son and he is perfectly healthy

I drink coffee and soda every few days, you're allowed one soda or a small coffee a day. There's really no harm in jt

I LOVE coffee and Cokes. Now i dont have any caffeine. Not even decaf. ( i do eat chocolate sometimes) decaf is just a tease and i dont want to get any large amount of coffee. Ive had a pretty steady pregnancy so far so i dont regret it

It's not coffee that's the problem for me. It's sweet tea!! I've craved it today and have had 2. I haven't had any caffeine till now though.

I love decaf tea is just as good.

I drank caffeine while pregnant. Not much but like I'd get French cappuccinos a few times a month.

And I drank pop a lot too. My major craving was Pop

I drink a cup of coffee on days I have to work ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and little guy is ok...helps me go to the bathroom too lol 💩
