Not really, you can. But I've seen people stay at 1 cm until their due date, even past it!

Not necessarily. You can stay at a 1 for weeks to a month, even up until your due date.

i was a one for 2 weeks now at a 3 after a month and still no baby everyone's body n baby is different

you can be dialed to a 3 for a while lol just depends on you and if you take it easy or not.
