@queendavis they are still @ 6 mins apart 😩 I'm hoping for change, they basically said they think they will see me in the next 2 days because I need to dilate more and most likely I will ... I swear it sucks I've been dilated to 1 since I was 37 weeks now it's almost my due date 👎😡
@mrslawless, ya it sucks 😞and if I don't have her by Wednesday I will be induced that day ... I really wanted her to come naturally but I'm having eclampsia symptoms so they scheduled an induction
@queendavis, @williams15 @mimi2190 @mrslawless @mommyof3tobe @lp1988727 So they sent me home 👎 the contractions are staying at 6 minutes apart and didn't get closer in 2 hours and I'm only dilated to 1 and so they said it might happen later today or the next day but to come back when they are 3 mins apart 😩
It depends... If this isn't your first then you should go now. Typically labor is faster second time around. If they are 5 min apart or less and lasting a minute it's time to go have that baby
I would definitely call your midwife! Midwifes are way cooler than L&D nurse so she will know what's best for you. Call call call! :) btw I'm super jealous cause you're sooo having that baby tonight lol. I want mine already 😩😩
@queendavis, baby is super active in between contractions it feels crazy ! Like she's gonna rip out lol and I have to call my midwife no matter what she talks to L&d so maybe I should call .... And @williams15 I'm 15 -20 mins from the hospital
I think you should just go in honestly. They tend to be bitches when you call and basically think if you're able to make a phone call then you aren't in labor. When I was in labor with Huck it only last barely 2 hours, and I could talk and function through the contractions. So you never know. He was born 20 minutes after we got to the hospital so in my opinion it's better to be safe than sorry. You never know how fast that baby will come out. If you go in they will DEFINITELY keep you. I'm like 100% sure you're in labor lol. Also I dilated from a 4 to a 10 in fifteen mins. So it's really important to not waste time!
