okay. i don't know how much i can drink. i drink it the whole 9 hours i am at work. lol

try to stay off ur feet it don't matter how much water u drink its a part of being pregnant unless u got preeclampsia

no i haven't told her yet. it been going on for a few weeks now @mamabarton

when it started, was it sudden? definitely mention it to her! lots of swelling could be a sign of preeclampsia. if your next appointment isn't this coming week I would call and let them know just so they are aware! not being able to put shoes on is extreme. in the meantime soak in. hot Epsom salt bath and keep those puppies up like as in sitting in a recliner or laying in bed with a pillow under them. just sitting at work (presumably with your feet on the floor) isn't going to cut it! you really want them higher than your heart for a few days solid in a row, that should make them go down! walmart has wedge pillows for $20 they are great for this! @quansmom2016

Thanks. I told the nurse I was breaking out on my chest and she told me to take some benadryl. I told her I am not itching so what is that going do? She didn't have a an answer. So I may end up going back to my old doc
