I honestly feel like my MIL is afraid I'll be a better mother than she is and is upset my boyfriend puts me and our daughter before her. I'm sorry, but you have done nothing for him but constantly cause him heartache and make him feel like such a failure when he's not. If you won't love him the way a mother should, we got him but there's no need for you to constantly say foul things about me and try to make your own son turn against his own girlfriend and mother of his child out of your jealousy and insecurities. She's tried convincing him to break up with me since we started dating. I use to feel like a horrible person because of her and honestly felt so depressed because of her. Nothing is right to her unless it benefits her. She just doesn't want her son to be happy so she says all these things behind my back, thinking he won't tell me, and acts friendly with me when she sees me. I honestly want to know what her problem is with me. I have never done anything wrong and have done everything I can to be the best girlfriend to him and be his support system because she won't. He deserves to be loved and supported so I do that. He deserves a reason to keep pushing. He deserves to be happy and if that makes you angry, something is honestly wrong with you.
