Can you feel when your cervix is dilating?

I couldn't

I doubt it, never heard of that! The doctors or whatever usually checks to see if your dilating any. But I don't think you can feel it.

Not usually the dilation but when the baby's getting lower you can deff feel that...

No but you can feel the baby dropping
