Can my baby use a pacifier if I'm breastfeeding him? Or will it cause nipple confusion???

you're not supposed to. itll cause nipple co fusion.

They gave my son one in the hospital when I was trying to learn to breastfeed him and it caused a lot of problems. I couldn't get him to latch right again.

They had me stick the pad of my ring finger to the roof of his mouth and let him suck on my finger.

I use my pinky finger but I feel bad. I feel like he's still hungry or something @amber.s95

once breastfeeding is established its perfectly fine. Ethan is 2 weeks and is fine. My pediatrician said the first part to me because I had the same question. :)
