that sounds like an anxiety attack and there are medications to help with anxiety. I know a lot of people who have had similar experiences and that was their problem. you might talk to your doctor about it.

lol no anxiety attacks are when your awake i know anxiety attacks i have them already thanks tho @cookiemonster1216
