17wk appt went great...hoping we figured out a way to tackle these intense migraines and learned I get to find out peanut's gender in exactly two weeks! since I've only gained 4lbs total so far I think tonight is a carb-filled dinner: spaghetti with a meat sauce and meatballs, garlic toast, garden salad, and a little later when I have more room in my belly I think a slice of the upside down peach cake I made the other day. 😋 🍝🍞🍑
