I was wondering why I wasn't getting any milk yesterday it's because I barely made time for myself to eat or properly hydrate. Which is kinda crazy because he sleeps so well barely cries unless he's gassy or hungry. Still trying to get this first time mother thing down and I'm learning more as I go but Anywho. The #Breastmilk is overflowing today. I made sure to eat and drink plenty of water. Don't forget to take care of yourselves to a Mommies.
