I've had the pain before I got pregnant with some military training before a discharge for a different injury. But I felt better when I had stronger back muscles then when I didn't. So just take care of your self and go to the chiropractor and see what they say but make sure to go to someone who has worked with pregnant women before.

@kmally, okay, great! :) @jrsmom0216 same, lower back, hips, and one particular spot around the middle of my back. @monilovesautumn I had the same pain around 26 weeks, sadly it's gotten worse for me :(

I had terrible nerve pain with my first (hence why I'm seeing a chiropractor this time!) but literally as soon as he came out the feeling came back in my leg! Lol.

Where is your nerve pain? Mine is in my lower back and hips area. My midwife said to go to a carpractor

I have it so bad now that I'm 26 weeks and he's so low. I'm also have Braxton hicks contractions too.
