I'm curious....when tax time comes will i be able to claim my new born on taxes??? someone said no because he has to be born at least 6 months and someone else said i could as long as he is born before January 1 2016....my due date is December 2nd

I'm pretty sure you can as long as he's born in 2015. I could be wrong though.

as long as the baby is born in 2015. I had my son November 29th last year and I was able to claim him when I did my taxes this year.
