My doctor told me I'm 2cm to closed on my cervix anyone know what that means or can explain it to me? please?

I'd say it means that your cervix is open to a 2. So your body is getting ready for delivery

they said I'm not dilated so is it kinda like effaced or thinned? @abtayy
