just drink lots of water. make sure u r eating good. there's gonna be a lot of times u think u aren't making enough but I'm sure u r. i always thought I had no milk lol

That's what happened with my son! I was just so uneducated and thought since he liked to cluster feed that he was still hungry so I started pumping and supplementing and of course that made my supply low and I ended up stopping! Ugh @alicia3_21

Yeah I get you!. mine stayed on the boob for 12 hrs straight one time. learned later that was from nipple shield. .. bad times lol
