I'm not a happy person presently, I went for my 1st sonogram today, didn't see the baby nor hear d heartbeat and d nurse said d gestational sac is 5wks! how come,? I'm just so perplexed. ...and sad....any advice?
Thanx moms....i really appreciate your love and concerns. ...i need the prayers badly, yea and she also said something abt probably the baby is still too small.
I don't want to scare you but my first pregnancy I had what's called a blighted ovum basics my sac developed but no baby grew my sac measured at 22 weeks but my hcg levels measured at 10 weeks I'm not saying this is what your having at all , I'm sure it's just that Little one is still to small to see
some of them don't no trust me boo wait till next week and go to the ER they will do one on u Ema pray for you and the Lil one
ok most probably. ..cos d nurse was now saying jargons, like there's a possibility the baby is growing outside the uterus, how cld u say that when u were doing the scan and u didn't see any baby outside. ...i concluded there and then that she didn't know what she was doing. ...smh
I no it's hard but try not to its still to early to hear the heart beat if u was 8-9 weeks
Don't be, The body works how it works. could be you conceived a later date, or implantation situation.
@lillady, ,@parbear , to be honest I was so depressed and I'm still depress, cos I was thinking I'm like 8-9 weeks. 😢😢😢
5 weeks it pretty early for anything. not my experience but my cousin experience they waited till she was 7 weeks+ to do another sonogram and Baby was there.
When was your last menstrual cycle ? Your calculation could be off. A sac is usually a good sign . When I was 5 wks and some days that's all they could see went back 2 weeks later heard heartbeat and seen baby
hmmmm.....This is what I don't understand, since there is a gestational sac, it means I'm preggy, right? What bothers me most is not seen d baby and heartbeat. ..@islandftm, , I'm worried
@oppy well it does mean you're pregnant definitely...however the baby could be too small to see usually first appointment is after 8 weeks so they should have drawn blood to make sure hcg levels increase
