I would do every couple days and sponge bathe daily.

He has dry skin anyways so I have to put lotion on him all the time

my son is 3 weeks old and I bathe him every other day. His pediatrician told me not to bathe him every day because itll dry out his skin. On the in between days I just kind of sponge bathe him. I take a warm wash cloth and wipe him down.

At that age I would one day yes one no....
