GM Ladies, TMI woke up this morning and went to the bathroom and lost my mucus plug. All I could do is scream honey I am bleeding. I have a doctor's appointment today, I not sure what will happen because I am a c-section and is very high risk. I am very nervous.

I have been having contractions and cramping for the past 3 days. I started spotting a little bit Saturday and then this morning along with contractions it was fresh blood. I also tested positive at 29 weeks for early labor and was hospitalized and given steroids to speed up the baby lung development. I am having contractions now I just hate going in to L&D because it scares my 8 year old daughter.
many lose the plug and nothing happens for 2 weeks. if you aren't having cramping or contractions try to relax till your appointment. but i would call them first thing and let them know in case they want to bump up your appointment
Update my doctor just checked me, 1 centimeter so far so my doctor is having me go to L&D to monitor my contractions and if they are consistent then he will deliver the baby, they have the nice unit on stand by.
