was told I have a yeast infection and was given some suppositories in cream but I'm pregnant and can't hold my urine in as long so I pee it all out and I've been peeing the whole 7 week treatment out .. anything else I can do to make the infection go away? HELP please !

i had an issue with them falling out i told my ob and they gave me a pill to take
omg I really hope that I can take the pill because it sucks having a bad yeast infection. I'm not the type to get a year infection but he said the pregnancy threw my pH balance waayyy off.
They normally want u to try the cream first and then the pill. My dr said its safest to take the pill after the first trimester, but my friends dr wouldn't give her anything and she had a yeast infection almost her whole pregnancy.
hmm ask your doctor if they can prescribe Diflucan to you, Im not sure if its safe during pregnancy but I think it may be. Its one pill, one time and it works for a week I believe.

When I was 16 weeks I was told I had barely a slight yeast infection and they gave the option of the cream or a pill to take by mouth, I took the pill it was 1 pill and 1 dose and that was it. Super easy... If you are having issues you might ask your doctor about it.
