This worked for me last night, after talking with my mom she has so much anxiety and fear that I was feeling it strongly and it swelled my own anxieties up. In this case though and something to keep in mind, the anxiety I was focusing on removing was what I felt from her. I still have my own to settle with but just understand that if the anxiety you feel isn't coming from you it is easier to let go where as your own may take more effort and patience. As I said I am still learning and practicing this but it does work. @andream35 @floridamommy1024 @momma588 @mrscaldwell6
I'm learning and practicing to do this now, start off with simple breathing exercises/meditation clear your mind- the best way I find to do this is by following only these words in your head "breathe in, breathe out" follow with your breath it may take some time to clear the clutter and block out thoughts but it will work, you'll notice that you feel more relaxed that's how you will know it's working. Eventually once you are at that point you can begin incorporating the anxiety and how you need to let it go with your breath, as you breathe in focus on what the anxiety is/where it comes/the feeling attach it to your breath you are taking in and as you breathe out let it go. You can use keywords to help you focus on your intentions just follow those words with your breath.
