Have you thought about baby wearing? That way he stays snuggled up close to you and you can get things done hands free.

@overthemoon, I haven't done it personally yet, but we found this awesome store where they have tons of different types that you can try on to see how you like them. It may be just a matter of finding the right one. There is a lady there that still wears her 3 and 5 year old (on the back now though). When I saw her son, I thought "wow, that's a big kid to be wearing". Lol
