had an ultrasound to check fluid for downstndrome- Techs put a guess on gender and my next appt isn't until Oct 6! I'm 14 weeks can they really tell this early? I don't see anything in the pics just the umbilical cord-

I didn't open the paper to see what they wrote but I'm assuming boy -- I go back at about 18 weeks so I'd assume they would know by then-

They told me a guess at 13 weeks of a boy and they confirmed it at 20 weeks!

was told at 19 weeks it was a girl...went back last week at 21 weeks and there was the penis...big mistake!

They told me a guess at 14 weeks of a boy! I'm hoping it was jus an umbilical cord but if not I will still be happy! My appt is Friday!
