I had a total breakdown today.. I've done so well holding it together since Alauras been born and all the issues arrised, I didn't expect this.. how could anyone be prepared? It took almost 6 months to finally sink in that my perfect daughter is sick. I mean. I knew it but it didn't really hit me I guess.. I've been so busy making sure everything's being taken care of from her to other life duties that I forgot about myself.. well, apparently the stress and sleep deprivation finally caught up to me.. I cried for two hours this morning and passed out and slept almost 7 straight hours.. words of wisdom, BREATH, take a moment and stop everything and just sit down and breathe. because I haven't been and it's killing me.. Shawn literally grounded me to bed today I was so bad..
