Ok so this is a weird comment but I spent the day walking around and then my friend came over and helped me clean... I sat down and once I got up my butt felt like I did a million squats but only my butt... Not my thighs or anything... I'm gonna take a Tylenol soon but I thought I'd share in case I'm not alone 🙍🏾
