glucose test isn't all that bad.

the worse part is not being able to eat till after.

@mermaidmommy, they made you fast? I asked at my last appointment and they said for the 1hour test I don't have to fast. if I fail, then I'll have to take a 3 hour test which I will ha e to fast for.

yeah, mine was at 11 am, and they told me nothing to eat after midnight. but after I drank the drink thing (it tasted like flat range koolaid) it wasn't to bad, because there was at least something in my stomach.

@mermaidmommy, a lady ahead of me at my last appt was taking hers so I got to overhear all of their directions too! either lemon like which is supposed to taste like flat sprite or orange which is supposed to taste like orange soda... 😕 I think I'm going to think they are both gross so I'll just tell them to surprise me and I'll chug it. Lol

when it's cold, it's a lot better. lol
