Acid reflux! When you are pregnant a lot of the "holes" in your body relax and open up therefore that gross acid in your tummy decides to creep up. I get it so bad at night, it seriously feels like I swallowed glass.
Also try tums! I take one before bed and that usually helps. You can also take zantac, but talk to your doctor first to make sure. Mine said I could but all docs are different.
If tums or milk don't help, buy some liquid antacid (I use the equate brand from walmart) and stick it in the fridge and when you get the acid reflux drink some of the antacid, INSTANT relief and it feels nice and cool going down. It's my go to!

And for me, soda has always made it worse, water makes it worse also lol. But I have to drink water. Milk is gross :)
