It's seems that this little guy has dropped. And now I am just in constant terrible pain. I feel like there is a knife in my vagina and that my tailbone and hips might actually shatter. Does anyone have suggestions on how to ease this pain?
Cat and cowl yoga stretch! And squats. When you roll over at night or to get out of bed keep your knees together, and sleep with a pillow between your legs. That's all I got I got unfortunately. I have this pain daily and its awful
