They can start any time after 6 weeks

Oh really that early? @mommytobabyjosiah I'm so worried about preterm labor :( I've also had stomach cramps and some diarrhea (sorry tmi), I hope I'm not getting sick.

Call your dr because diarrhea and cramps are a sign of labor .
