This is most likely completely coincidental. Antibiotics are safe to take. You are early on and at that point both times I had cramps, sometimes as severe as bad period cramps but a just signs of uterus growing, things moving etc. just rest up as much as you can and use a hot water bottle. If you see any blood, then contact midwife/GP. xx
