At around 3-4 weeks they hit a growing spurt so your boobs feel like you have nothing in them. But don't worry they will adjust. As long as baby isn't crying all the time and keeps peeing baby is ok

She probably is. As long as she has wet and poopy diapers don't worry. Soon she is going to start eating more so you'll produce more.
