as you all know I don't have much food at home so I'm working with what I got I'm gonna try and make Enchiladas but itle have red sauce on bottem and all layers then Ima mash some potatoes and put that in the middle layers With cheese and beans and vermacelli on the side if you's have any suggestions on my Potato bean enchilada please comment
