38 weeks 2 1/2 cm dilated and loosing plug with irregular contractions what can i do to speed things…

Lots of sex, I went from no progress at all to being 70?faced and a fingertip dilated in a few days, there's something in semen that jump starts labor

have lots of sex

hot hot hot bath while drinking hot tea it helped me give birth the next day

or power walk and keep walking when you start having contractions

Sex,walking or spicy food

you can just make the tea it don't matter what tea you use as long as it's hot lol
