yep! my doctor told me to. They were a life saver! I take the 150's once a day. It usually lasts the entire 24 hours. Sometimes it's a bit less and I'll chew tums or rolaids in between but it's such a relief! I have severe heart burn like makes me puke multiple times a day if I don't take it. And even on the days it doesn't last 24 hours the heartburn is way milder. If it doesn't help try nexium is what my doctor told me but I didn't have to. Also I love zantac but did eventually switch to just store brand ranitide in 150 since that's what zantac uses and it's way cheaper.

Yes I've been taking Zantac 75 daily since my 2nd trimester. My acid reflux was out of control and I was throwing up tons of acid a couple times a week. It's made a huge difference!

in my opinion you should not take any pills unless your doctor tell you its ok to do so ..
