Does LO have white patches on tongue or mouth? Could be thrush. You'll need to call your doc. If a localized painful area and you develop flu like symptoms, could be mastitis. You'll need to call your doc. However, I also felt a burning/tingling only during letdown which could be it, too. Unsure of your other symptoms. Good luck.
