I didn't have it to my 3rd trimester

How long have you had diarrhea and the dizziness? I never experienced it but I have read about symptoms not to ignore and it said if you've had it 24 hours or more you need to see your doctor

And drink lots of water. It depends diarrhea can happen from just having an upset stomach from something you ate but can also be a sign of labor. But generally would be associated with other signs as well. I would call your doctor just so they know and if he/she wants to see you he will let you know. My doctor told me anything that is off or I'm worried about call and just check and he wants me to call when it is happening not a day after

If it goes on any longer and persists then you need to ask your OB. But I had dizziness spells all the time in my second trimester, Was told it was blood pressure. Diarrhea could be from something you ate or a stomach flu

You could also be dehydrated from the diarrhea and that could be causing your dizziness. Definitely keep down lots of water and if it keeps going call your OB
