I hate that the clinic I go to won't check to see if you're dilated until 38 weeks 😑

that's ridiculous. with my first i started dilating at 30 weeks

Yeah I know! @paige1354 I seen a lot of people who are as far as me are already dilated. I wish I knew if I was just so that I could be somewhat prepared lol I have to go onto a military base for my appointments which is why they are so dumb about this stuff.

How do you even know if you are? @paige1354 I'm a FTM so I've been trying to watch for signs but I can't always tell if what I'm feeling is normal

for me I started cramping a lot and had a lot of lower back pain (kinda like period ache)

i told my doc how i was feeling and they checked me.

@paige1354, oh okay & thanks lol! I had a little lower back pain the past two days. It doesn't stay long but I do get BH then. Nothing that would make me have to go in though yet
