Sex, a light jog, or lightly bouncing on a birthing ball or yoga ball
Fresh cut Pinapples You have to eat ALOT and you'll get contractions
I've done the walking., squats & spicy food. nothing has been helpful/: & I tried eating some pineapples but I don't like them):

and you have to put some power into it when you do it
