Does anyone take those prenatal pills that you have to take on an empty stomach ? Either 1-2 hours before eating , or , 2-3 hours after eating ? And do you know why ???!!??? I get hungry as soon as I wake up and every few hours lol ugh

Ive always taken my prenatal on a full stomach because thats what my doctor recommending! it would help with upset stomachs. i dont think it will hurt to have a snack or a small meal while you take it:)

I haven't eat mine in like 3 days . I need a refill. I was taking the gummies but they make me gag so bad ! So I told my OB to prescribe me the pills.
