It really depends on your health, age, and doctor. Normally they just confirm pregnancy, ask 50 million questions (especially if you are new patient) and give you goodie bag.

Now if you are high risk for whatever reason most doctors will give ultrasound

I have only been checked down there that early 1 time out of 6 pregnancies. Each pregnancy was with a different doctor.
